Management reserve the right to amend the conditions or cancel any promotion, at any time, without prior notice or explanation. Management can refuse entry to the premises or participation in any promotion without explanation.
Customers must sign and provide necessary personal details (dependent on promotion) to enable promotion to become valid i.e Cash Match, raffles, etc. Promotions may be restricted to certain machines/games. By entering into a promotion and/or machine tournament you are confirming your consent to the release of your name in the event that you are awarded a prize.
Fraudulent activity will result in exclusion from the promotion, forfeiture of any current or future promotions, and/or the premises.
Customers are prohibited from collecting a bank sum from a machine where the sum, or part sum of the bank is funded by a promotion.
Any data gathered as part of any promotional activity is subject to the Customer’s standard privacy policy.
Members of staff have no authority to vary or amend the General Terms or Specific Terms and any assistance or advice offered by them is without prejudice to that position.

Cash Match & Free Spins
All Cash Match & Free Spins are subject to a first equivalent customer spend. The cash value is matched. Staff will match the value of the customer deposit using cash, promotional ticket, or direct promotional credit to the machine. Offer/promotion may be restricted to specific machines.
